Creating a new habit can be challenging. Chances are though that habit stacking will help you. For example you get up in the morning, shower, dress, have breakfast and clean your teeth. These are all habits stacked on top of each other. So if you want to form a new habit of say taking fish oil everyday add it to your daily routine. Put your tablets by your tooth brush and take one everytime you clean your teeth. It wont take long for this to become a habit.
If you want to get in the habit of being more active pick you could try this. You have lunch everyday and you have a lunch break. So either before or after you eat go for a 5 minute walk. Try this for a week and then add in an extra minute of walking the next week. Before long it will be a habit to walk for 10 minutes after lunch. This might not seem like a lot but it all add up.

Meditation Habit: After I brew my morning coffee, I will meditate for one minute.
Pushup Habit: Before I take my morning shower, I will do 10 pushups.
Flossing Habit: After I brush my teeth, I will floss my teeth.
Gratitude Habit: Before I eat my first bite of dinner, I will say one thing I am grateful for that day.
Networking Habit: After I get back from my lunch break, I will send one email to someone I want to meet.
