Over the next few days, I’m going to share with you what I believe are the 5 key things you need to do to lose weight
Let’s get straight to it with the first one!

  1. SET A GOAL
    What you are NOT doing here is setting a goal that says:
    “I want to lose weight and tone up”
    That will get you NOWHERE!
    Instead, your goal needs to be
    1) Weight specific
    2) Time-specific
    e.g.
    In 12 weeks time, I will have lost __kg
    By my birthday I will weigh __kg
    By the end of the year, I will have lost __kg
    Next, and this is the KEY STEP, you need to write it
    down
    (You are 42% more likely to achieve your goal if you write it down)
    TOP TIP
    Writing your goal down DAILY will keep it front of mind
