Group Fitness Timetable


We have number of classes per week for you to chose from. Class size is limited to between 6 and 10 people and we have two main classes to chose from


HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training is exactly as it sounds. A 30 minute Interval Training workout! Although the description says "High Intensity" this class is suitable for all fitness levels and you can work as hard as you want to. The exercises are predominately body weight and done against the clock rather than for repetitions. For each class you will get a "score". Keep hold of this and next time you repeat the class you can aim to improve your score and see how you are improving

Punch @ Lunch

Punch @ Lunch/Boxing Be it morning, lunchtime or evening Punch @ Lunch is a non contact Boxing Class. The sessions are non-contact with participants doing a mixing of boxing and pad holding. Aimed at improving your fitness levels Punch @ Lunch is simple, safe and fun boxing with a good number of body weight exercises thrown in. All equipment is provided although you are welcome to bring your own gloves.
